Booking enquiries

When you send a booking request we collect your name, email address, phone number, optional WhatsApp number, country, stay dates, number of guests and rooms, preferred room and any special requests you choose to write.

Contact messages

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and country, and your message.

Technical information

To protect the website from spam and abuse, we store a one-way encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address with your enquiry, not the address itself, and your browser type.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your stay.
• To send you a confirmation that your enquiry was received.
• To prevent spam and misuse of our forms.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your separate consent.

Who can see it

Your enquiry is stored in a secure database on our web server and is accessible only to authorised hotel staff through a password-protected system. If email notifications are enabled, a copy is sent to the hotel's reservations inbox and a confirmation is sent to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting stay.

Cookies and third-party services

• This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Our location pages show an embedded Google Map, which is provided by Google and may set its own cookies. See Google's privacy policy.
• Links to WhatsApp, Facebook and Google open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
• Hotel staff who sign in to manage enquiries receive a secure session cookie. Visitors do not.
